A Subtle Rebrand: New Look, Same Voice

If youโ€™ve visited my website or listened to the latest episode of Pan to Pen, you may have noticed something a little different.

Thatโ€™s rightโ€”Iโ€™ve made a few quiet but meaningful changes. The gravatar on my website has been updated, and the podcast now has a fresh new cover. Nothing drastic, but enough to signal a gentle shift in how I want the storiesโ€”and the storytellerโ€”to be seen.

This isnโ€™t a complete overhaul. Think of it more like brushing off the dust and straightening the frame. I wanted to refine the way the podcast and the website reflect my voice and vision, while still keeping the heart of what makes Pan to Pen resonate with longtime listeners and readers.

Below, Iโ€™ve posted the โ€œbeforeโ€ and โ€œafterโ€ images for both the gravatar and the podcast artwork. Iโ€™d love to hear your thoughts. Do you like the new look? Do the visuals still match the tone of the stories you hear and the posts you read?

Let me know in the commentsโ€”or just send me a message if thatโ€™s more your speed. As always, thank you for being here, for reading, for listening, and for coming along as I continue to shape this space.

More stories soon.

โ€”Tate

A middle-aged chef with silver hair and a neatly groomed beard sits in a warmly lit art studio, painting a Renaissance-style portrait on a canvas. The painting on the easel features the chef himself telling a story by a campfire, surrounded by an attentive group. The studio is filled with classical details like wooden furniture, oil paints, brushes, and a sculpture bust in the background, evoking an old-world artistic atmosphere.
